A man who helped raise his wife’s daughter since she was three says he stepped in after the child was injured while visiting her biological father.
The girl reportedly suffered a broken arm after a skateboard fall, but her pain was initially dismissed. He later took her to the hospital, where doctors confirmed the fracture.
He stayed with her through treatment, saying the experience showed him that fatherhood is defined by care, responsibility, and being present when a child needs help.
